FRP quartz sand inclusion pipes, make use of reinforce layers,add quartz sand into them during process of convolving fibers, constructions with filling.
This could not only reduce whole FPR cost of pipe, but also increase total rigidity and intensity of pipe.
Construction of quartz sand inclusion pipes consist of inside lining layer, transition layer, construction layer, outside surface layer, totally four parts.
FRP sand inclusion pipes are reliable, safe and economic.
They are mainly used for burying pipe underground and long distance transporting.
They are light weight, anti corrosion, long work life, low cost of operation and maintenance, could save large amount of funds for projects of building.

Main forming process of FRP sand inclusion pipe:
Controlled by computer, manufacturing inside lining according to rated process, which is same as FRP winding pipe's on the central mode.
Convolving construction layer according to designed line style and thickness after gelatinating.
Meanwhile, adding sand pule of quartz sand and resin into construction layer.
Convolving outside protecting layer last.
