The forming line was imported from the SMS MEER Germany. Equipped with advanced liner forming technology and SMS MEER patent equal-rigid rolling stands, high-power edge milling machine, right-angle coordinate milling saw, solid high-frequency, on-line seam inspection and MF-annealing, etc.
The finishing line equipped with advanced chamfering machine, traveling saw, milling cut-off unit, aotomatic servo-printing system, oilier, weld seam/body/end detector from NDT (Canada), and Hydrostatic tester form Bronx (America).
The most advanced characteristic of this line is fully computer-controlled on-line changing roller and off-line disassembling roller.

The qulity of hot rolled coil directly affected the physical properties of steel tube. The raw material of ERW660 line was fully supplied with high quality hot rolled coil from WISCO. The quality of our pipe was satisfied with ISO system.
